Session Information

Sessions are 50 - minutes long and are usually held at the same time each week. We can also discuss fortnightly sessions, rescheduling, or more frequent sessions where appropriate.

Confidentiality

Therapy is a confidential space, what you share with me will be treated with care and respect. We will talk about the limits of confidentiality when we begin working together.

Fees & Location

Sessions are £65 for in Person and £70 for Online.

Sessions last 50 minuets.

I also offer limited concessionary rates, please enquire if this applies to you.

In-person sessions take place at Oru Space on Lordship Lane, East Dulwich and online.

Starting Therapy

I'll invite you to an initial consultation either in person or online where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're looking for and whether I might be the right therapist for you. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have.

There is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation.
